"The room floor was dirty. It looked as if it hadn't been swept or mopped for over a several weeks. The curtains and comforter had burn holes in them. The faucet dripping was no stop and the tub has black spots in it. "

the only problem i had was that the floor although it was swept it hadn't been moped in a while. I know this because within 15 minutes of walking barefoot the bottom of my feet were black not even a little dirty. However the next morning we saw housekeeping and asked hip just to mop the floor, which he did and everything was great after that. I would definately go there again."
