"Hair all over the shower walls and tub. Rust in the tub. Tub floor also looked very dingy. We put a hand towel in the tub to stand on in order to not be grossed out. Multiple hairs in one of the beds. My daughter didn’t want to sleep in the bed because we weren’t positive the sheets had been cleaned. Gross. Breakfast was very nice. Staff was very very friendly. Front desk staff deserve 5 stars. "

They told us they reserved a room at another hotel, but later in the convo said the 2nd hotel had sold that room too. But they might put some points on my Hyatt account for my inconvenience. Eh. "
