"This place is a gem! Just a convenient eight miles from the town of Cape Charles, this 3 room inn sits on its own private beach in its own little oasis of peace and beauty. The room was comfortable and well appointed, and the host is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I really felt like a guest in someone’s home. I highly recommend the Baywood - the in town properties look very nice but everything is so easily accessible that it’s more than worth it to stay in this off the beaten path spot...

"I loved this property! I received a virtual check in that was thorough and went over all things I needed to know. A brand new nespresso maker with plenty of pod options. A modern shower head! They left chicken feed so I could feed the chickens! The winery was less than a 3 min drive. The property was beautiful! In the morning the chef prepared a delicious 4 course meal in the cozy kitchen located down stairs. They have a beautiful patio right off the kitchen dining room. Overall would love to...

"Amazing is all I can say!!! The property was beautiful. The owner greeted us and gave us a tour, etc-our room, common areas, and where breakfast would be served. Speaking of breakfast- we were offered (and I ate) a delicious frittata with a yogurt parfait. We enjoyed our stay and we will again."
