There were unidentified brown stains on...

"The customer service team here is amazing. We arrived very late and asked for directions to a neaby store to purchase cookies and milk. Thr young man at the reception desk told me they just baked chocolate chip cookies handed me a dozen freah baked cookies and milk. I had an equally generous moment in the morning with another receptionist who saved the day and avoided a tantrum by handin my daughter a lolli pop. Amazing experience; very clean, quite, and great staff!!"
