"Spacious, clean room. The personalized greeting on the tv and phone were nice. Pool was out of service but they gave the option of the other hotel pool. It was quite a walk so we didn’t go. Casino is nice, friendly staff. Bad experience at the sandwich place. Waited over 20 minutes for cold sandwiches, I asked the supervisor (who as at the register) at the 20 min mark, she was dismissive and said ‘he’s making sandwiches now so they must be yours’ without ever checking. "This spot is a gem. The staff are delightful, there was surprise live music, the renovated room was cute and clean. We loved the funky artsy vibe. Only meh was breakfast: the oatmeal bar and the pop tart station were cute, the coffee was excellent, but they were out of everything else advertised (no juice, no bread, etc.)"

Staff - Very friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable about the property and provided all the necessary information upon check in.
Room - I stayed in the executive suite which was huge and nicely decorated. Very large deep soaking tub with added jets that I feel are more hygienic than some of the older model tubs at other hotels.

"We had a problem with our door key/locking mechanism and the desk was not helpful in resolving the problem. They wanted us to move from a Lahni upper pool view suite to a lower regular room facing a rock wall with zero compensation for the large downgrade in room. They would not call in a maintenance technician to replace the battery in the door. I got tools from my car opened the door mechanism, cleaned the battery contacts and the door worked fine. This took 2.5 hours ruined our dining plans...
