"This was our second time staying at Fairfield Indio. The building is pretty modern and clean, with parking right outside and is close to restaurants. Staff is friendly. Breakfast selection is good with both hot and cold options. It has an exercise room and a pool, which are appreciated but we did not have time to use them. Will stay there again during our text trip through."

"The stay wasn't too bad. We did find some dead roaches behind the bed, and it seems like they were dead for awhile. I hope they do a deep clean and get rid of them. Also the tv didn't work, but it wasn't a big deal. Some people complained about the mildew smell, but honestly, once you turned on the AC, and have the room cool, you don't notice smell. The AC worked fine, minus it being loud, but you learned how to tuned it out. The fridge in the room was nice and worked perfectly, and so was...

"I am very happy with the breakfast the clean room. There’s one staff called Richard that if i were from Hilton Human Resources i will not hire this guy. As a front desk employee no friendly smile and not helpful at all! "

"Only two regular chargers for EV vehicles, and if you check in later in evening, whatever car is there is likely there overnight. Found out the next morning that there is a 2-hour guideline/rule, which really should be posted at the chargers. Good that the hotel has that, but ultimately, it is up to the consideration of the car owners, especially if the hotel staff does not have accurate auto and hotel guest contact info."

"The air conditioning was effective. The hot tub was not warm enough. It was located by the swimming pool. The upstairs floors were squeaky and the bathtub needs to be replaced. The rest of the unit was fine. Convenient to those we were visiting. Plenty of kitchen dishes etc. Office employees excellent."
