"No breakfast… i was told my reservation didn’t allow a breakfast since went thru a third party agent I was almost charged for overnight parking until I insisted I wasn’t going sign-in then they waved parking fee"

"Breakfast was great, staff was helpful, and the space was clean. The hotel is located just behind some shopping such as target and starbucks which was helpful and super close to the airport. Family friendly, though the room was a bit cramped. I would go again if I ever find myself in that neck of the woods. We were also able to book an extra room on the spot."

"My children immediately complained about the stale, musty odor. One is very sensitive to mold and was having some problems. They commented that it smelled like a nursing home. My room was spacious as was the bathroom. The air conditioner/heater had some sort of bags put in it (3 I think) to try to improve the smell. The breakfast was nice, with an attendant bringing fresh cooked foods often. "

"I think the room could have been a little bit cleaner. There was a smell to it - like a leftover curri smell that I could have done without. The blinds were ripped and the shower could have been cleaner and better water pressure. We were here for one night for a local competition. It was nice to have the indoor pool for the kids and the breakfast was convenient. Lots of restaurants and stores within a few minutes so that was helpful."

"I booked a double queen bed room for two people, however I got a pull out bed without bed-set and woke up with heavy back pain. The bed set was requested by me and it was delivered to a different room. Eventually I got it at 10:30pm. The toilet seat was flipped out and I almost fell off. There was no space for sitting in the breakfast room. Even though, the staff told us we received presidential quality room when I complained during checking out. It was the worst experience ever. I hope one day...

"Rooms are decent for the price point. Low review is due to hotels unwillingness to work with you if you book through expedia. We had a change in plans that resulted in 3 unused nights for 3 rooms. I made the staff aware ahead of time of the change and they said no problem. Now they told expedia they would not refund the rooms for the unused nights even with the advanced notice."

"Great hotel!!! The staff were very helpful. The rooms were absolutely lovely and big and CLEAN!!!!!! Breakfast was great and plentiful. Definitely will stay there again. My son has move to the area and when we a hotel room this will be our go to place."

"Outside was nice inside was messy the floors were not vacuumed. The trash was very stinking and not cleaned. Had to ask for everything no cups plates pots were not in room. Ask three times for a glass insert for the microwave, never received it still missing. Hallways needed vacuuming. Stove had black something on it that stuck on pots had to scrub them."

"Clean rooms. Nice hotel. Just missing some essentials in the room.we were 6 in a suite but only 3 plates and 3 of each utensils. Also no oven in the room. Parking space is limited "

"The room was good size. The breakfast was great. The surrounding area was a highlight. Once you parked at the hotel you never had to leave. Had my nails done ate dinner, got a coffee and did a little shopping all withput having to travel by car. Will be staying again"

"Please DO NOT book here. the people in the house were unaware we were staying there. it is a scam. Our room had insulation coming out of the walls making g it nearly impossible to breathe, "
