"We chose the property based on location. We were not interested in the casino. The smoke smell just walking up to the hotel is strong. The lobby smells quite a bit. As you go away from the lobby the smell lessens and the rooms were great. Every now and then you get a little smoke smell but for the most part you cannot smell the smoke in the rooms. The sports bar was a great place to eat. The pool and hot tub are very small and close quite early for a “resort”. Not sure what the resort fee pays...

It was hard to sleep with the A/C unit booming all night long right under our window. The mattress was so uncomfortable that we woke up in the mornings with bodies aching all over. "The good....The room was really clean, the decor was beautiful and the bed was so so comfortable. There was a lot of pillows, the AC worked great, and there were plugs on the bedside walls, next to the side tables to charge phones etc. It was downtown , and the staff was kind. The ok...The bathroom was mostly clean, but dirt was built up in the corners of the bathroom floors, the paint was chipped along the floor boards, the jetted tub showed signs of corrosion. "This hotel was so disgusting and unsanitary, we cancelled after the first night and went elsewhere. And when we were told to contact Expedia for a refund, they refused to authorize the refund. There were bugs, mold, and literal poop smeared in the floors of the bathroom. And to be told that we could have the two nights refunded that we did not stay and then now being told we cannot be refunded, is scamming at its finest. Do not waste your time or money staying here."
