"Located in the heart of Tervuren, easy access to shops, cafes, a fantastic playground. Very comfortable beds, very clean. Basic room, spacious, not fancy but has everything you need, including shampoo, conditioner, lotion, drinking water, instant coffee, tea, and water kettle. Perfect for our visit with friends living there. We did not have their breakfast- instead chose Jo Coffee (excellent!) and Au Flan Breton bakery (great!), both a short walk away. Would stay here again when visiting...

"This place is very special, it is in a great location and very close to nature. Whilst walking in the nature reserve it is very easy to get completely away from modern day life. The accommodation is very comfortable and secure with a good breakfast. This is our second visit and will not be our last. "

"Wonderful hotel with amazing staff. Jose in the front desk. Benjamin in the concierge, Jimmy in the restaurant. more names that I can not remember. Certainly a wonderful hotel ! Hotel is not in the touristy zone, and more on European quarter, I would say more suited for business stay, but I was travelling with a 12 year old and it suited so well as it was slightly away from the Hussle and bustle of crowded parts. In front of hotel there is a square with good options for food and a Sunday market....

" the wifi on the 5 floor cuts in and out all the time and is slow or fails to load when it drops out. makes it very hard and time consuming, makes it hard to book transportation on the internet. the wifi on first floor works well and is faster."

"The rooms are spacious, especially for Europe, and well-designed, with a large flat screen TV, wide desk, fridge, and a big window that opens. It’s close to the EU campus. Sightseeing requires a 30-minute walk to the city center or taking nearby public transportation. Only two minor complaints. At check-in, we requested daily cleaning but did not get it the first morning. After that, we requested in person at the front desk each morning to ensure the room was cleaned. The other problem: the rain...

"We had a lovely stay. Everything was clean and orderly. We had a King room with a bath tub and walk out deck. Loved the deck even though it was uncomfortable smelling all the smoke from other outdoor sitters. The tub was lovely, however, it made the shower quite uncomfortable, sadly. Don't recommend paying extra for the tub unless you don't plan on using the shower. "

"The Best Western Plus has become my goto place to stay when I come to Brussels. It is in an old building with original features, the location is convenient close to restaurants, shopping and transportation although a (paid) parking space was made available for me. It has a good buffet breakfast and the staff are very friendly, it is clean and hospitable. I would recommend staying here!"

"Second visit to this hotel, previous room at the front of the building with views overlooking the various landmarks of Brussels, a quiet room with a nice view. This time I stayed in the garden area which was at the rear of the hotel, also quiet and overlooking the gardens with calming sounds of birds etc. both nice options. Used the gym and enjoyed excellent breakfast options, fresh fruit, pastries, hot cooked options and a new breakfast menu on each table to select from, a nice improvement...

"Bra lokaliserat, alldeles intill metron, ett par trevliga restauranger i närheten. Enkelt, lite slitet och kallt på rummet men fin service, rent och rymligt rum och skön säng, tyst och störningsfritt så jag sov mycket gott. Kommer gärna tillbaka!"

"The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. It was close to a metro station and the area was quiet. The hotel itself is clean but the room were were in needed a little renovation. However it was fine."
