"I reserved a 1 King room for my wife and me and already prepaid, but when I checked in , they assigned us to a 2 twin room, I didn’t like it but they gave me no choice"

"Nothing special, no on site food for the 2 nights i stayed, this seems a regular feature where the restaurant is closed 2 nights a week. The only practical option was to order by app. The reception staff were ok, just not particularly engaging or professional. Room was large, clean and overall pleasant , rooms prone to internal noises such as banging doors and moving of furniture in adjacent rooms. The location is a good 10 to 15mins walk from the local train station as many have noted it...

"地域的に安価な宿泊代にも関わらず、清潔さ、スタッフ対応、朝食の質などすべて満足のいくものでした。空港近くという立地であるため利便性を心配していましたが、今回訪れたアムステルダム、ユトレヒト、ハーグの中央に位置する場所であったため、かえって観光しやすい場所であったようにも思います。ホテル周辺に店はありませんが、空港のスーパーマーケットで買い物して、シャトルバスで移動できるので、不便さはありませんでした。アムステルダム市街地よりも静穏で、治安も悪くないように感じました。"

"At a glance the hotel looked lovely and even though there was a queue, the check in process was smooth. Upon entering the bedroom there was stained carpets and a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. There was what looked like ketchup smeared above the mirror in the bedroom and stains in the carpet and the television did not work. They upgraded us and it was better but still not great and not value for money at all. The TV still didn’t work and we witnessed dirty cups being left to the front of...

"Be wary of staying on level 5 in summer as the air conditioning is not good. The room was warm and made for an uncomfortable to sleep. The room is also small and barely fits 2 suitcases and hand luggage. This is a smart room with an iPad in the room that lets you operate everything such as blinds, lights, air con. Some parts are excellent with others not good. The breakfast meal and downstairs area is excellent."

"Het was 33°, dus de airco en koelkast op de kamer waren echt noodzakelijk. Schoonmaak personeel en baliemedewerkers waren erg vriendelijk. Het restaurant beneden is ook goed gekeurd."
