Property needs some renovations for the rooms (very outdated and worn out) AND an Air Conditioner! It's not okay to put in a tiny little fan to keep the warm air around?! "Newly built hotel, rooms newly equipped, great insulation and air-con, so very quiet and comfortable rooms. Just the carpet floor wasn't vacuum cleaned properly. "
