"Beuatiful hotel and gardens. looks like it was all newly renovated. Good buffet breakfast assortment. L5 bus stops right across the street at the Gare train station every 15-20 minutes and takes you to the sancturary site for 1 euro. Small hotel so staff works double duty at both hotel front desk and restaurant. But wherever they were they were always ready to help or answer questions. wherever "

In 3 giorni non ci hanno mai rifatto la stanza, pulito il bagno e cambiato gli asciugamani. Onestamente l'abbiamo scelto per il punteggio delle recensioni: 8.8 = una follia! Massimo 9 per la vicinanza al Santuario di Lourdes e 3 per tutto il resto. Mai più. Sconsigliatissimo. Oltretutto non capisco ...

"The location of the property is right in the middle of everything you will need for your stay. The grotto was ashort walk from the hotel with many souvenir shops and cafés along the way. There was parking available and the facilities are very clean, and have been beautifully maintained, keeping its historical origins."

"We were automatically booked into Mercure Impérial but were very disappointed with the rooms. They were smaller and cramped. Night reception staff wasn’t helpful when we enquired. "

"Near the train station and close to the Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes, staff are great. Other than that the rest are not good. Very old building, tiny room, you can hear people talking on the hallway even if they just talk normal. Squeaking floors, no A/C, elevator is too tiny, only one person with luggage can fit. I don't know how people can survive there during the summer season or hot days, I won't stay there for sure. There's no amenity there. I will not recommend this."
