"The room was comfortable, though on the small side. Really comfortable bed and lovely sheets. No real reception area. Area around the hotel now sadly very run-down, though there is some regeneration happening."

"Dès le premier contact téléphonique suite à obligation de passer aux urgences du Puy donc arrivée tardive à une heure indécente pour le check in, j'ai eu affaire à un propriétaire exterement agréable, comprehensif, bienveillant, arrangeant, élégant et à priori extrement zen.
