"Power was out for half of the room, including the bathroom. Staff said "nothing we can do" as it was it across the 2nd floor. No effort was made to correct, follow-up, or touch base. Good location, but poor communication and seemly no sense of urgency by a short staffed property. Desk agent was often moving through trying to fix and work with guests, but no other coverage. Meaning no one at the front desk or answering calls."

"We stayed here because they accepted pets. Our 2 dogs are crated. We were not told of what the additional fees were when we reserved the room. We were also not told we couldn’t leave them unattended even though they were crated. It looks like an older motel and it wasn’t kept up well. Most of the staff were nice, save one person. Won’t be staying there next visit to Gallatin"

"Breakfast and coffee were good. Staff was unfamiliar with “new” computer system, so took very, very long to get checked in. Was given handicap accessible room, (not requested) where bathroom fixtures were not secure in the wall, and curtains not secure on tracks. "

"Off the beaten path, very quiet stay Very close to lake and park, lots of restaurants near by, very convenient"

"One-night stay started rocky when our room wasn’t ready at check-in time. Waited in lobby over 30 minutes (within view of front desk staff…they did not forget about us) and when I reapproached the front desk to inquire as to how much longer, suddenly they were able to find a room. I suspect, based on comments by the lady checking me in, that they were waiting for a room that met all of my special requests (away from elevator & ice machine & on a higher floor). "The room was amazing. Super spacious and we had a kitchen with the refrigerator, dishwasher, two burner stove, sink. I was shocked for the price - it is an amazing value. The bathroom was super nice too. The staff was kind."

"Everything you need. Free parking. Great breakfast. Helpful staff. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Short car ride to any restaurant, store or entertainment area you can think of. Hot water with good water pressure. The best shampoo and conditioner ever in the showers. Would definitely stay again. "

"The property seemed clean but our room seemed old and dingy. The doors had chunks of wood damaged. Old dark carpet and furniture. "
