"Property in a great location. Great view from balcony. Front desk check in had poor customer skills. House keeping, food service was good. Swimming pool was full of sand with lots of bugs. Pool shower didn’t work . Several pool chairs were broken. Very lacking in pool area maintenance."

There was a lot of rust and the paint coming of the walls also the elevators are crazy scary they didn't seem to be working properly at the time I was staying there, I stayed 6 days and only had room service once and that was only picking up the trash and giving me the clean towels I requested."

"The location and outdoor pool is great. If you call they will tell you the slide should be back before your trip dates but they have been telling me this for 3 years and still no slide. Long time customer over 15 years and they have really let this place go. Not disgusting but definitely not clean anymore.
