"Equipped well, bed comfortable just missing paper towels. Also, pots are non stick making it harder to clean by hand, but with dishwasher it is ok!"

"We stayed in Innsbruck in July as a family of 4 with two children, ages 12 & 17. Parking- Although there is no onsite parking, there is an offsite paid parking garage around a 5 minute walk from the apartment that was easily walk-able. Communication & Check-in- The communication was limited but informative and the Check-in was seamless. You access the entrance to the Apartment via a restaurant and check in with the hostess. The apartment elevator is right inside the door to the restaurant...

"Good Bits: Great location, free parking, kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfy (fairly hard which suited us) Clean and well presented apartment. Good wifi (essential) Martin is friendly and helpful Not so good bits: Shower towels are too small. Pillows are way too soft and offer zero support, No USB points anywhere. General: Under floor heating is good but can take 24hrs to warm the apartment up."

The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was great—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a great location and experience. "We had a 4 day stay in Garmisch and the accommodation was beautiful. A typical german style apartment. Very clean with everything we needed. There was a wellness suite in the basement with sauna, solarium and various other wellness bits. The rooms were very clean and the bed large and very comfortable. No oven or microwave, but a hob, fridge and TV. The collection of the key for the apartment was easy and just a lovely stay in a beautiful part of Germany. "
