"Nice, but basic."

"Nice cozy location.. However the room smelled like cigarette smoke (even though it was a non smoking room). Please note that the rooms do not have air conditioning. The staff was nice enough to provide a fan which helped. What was unusual was a note part of the information package in the room threatening a surcharge levied for outside food and drinks consumption. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and this is the first time I see this practice."

"The hotel is located in a quiet setting on a lakeside with a a beautiful park - a peaceful place to stay. Parking was convenient and hassle-free. The hotel is approximately 20–30 minutes’ drive from the motorway, which is worth considering when planning your journey. The check-in experience could have been better. We received very little information upon arrival and were essentially just handed the keys and directed to our room. A more detailed explanation of the hotel’s facilities and services...

"We stayed one night. Very clean. The room was a bit small, but was fine. Location was very good. Only issue was the check in. It was very complicated. My wife and I traveled a long way and were a bit tired. The hotel management did send me a message saying that the reception office was not located at the same location as the rooms. I had trouble finding the reception desk and then finding our room afterwards. Our room was not in the main building. They were individual entrances mixed within...

"Preis-Leistung war gut. Kein ausergewöhnliches hotel aber gut gelegen. Bahnhof 5 min / Innenstadt 15 / Uni 5 min. Staff ist freundlich."

"War alles super, sehr gute zentrale Lage"
