"What a gem of a hotel! Location is in the middle of the city square and central to the city. Facilities and staff were outstanding. Staff went out of their way to assist you and make you feel welcomed. Breakfast was substantial and had a wide variety of food. Parking was simple as they have a garage ..."

"Our room didn’t face a proper shower. Only a spa bath and a hand-held nozzle. I can’t score a room or hotel highly when there’s no proper shower. For the rate we paid, I would think that’s a minimum requirement. The hair dryer was also useless."
