"Wifi didn't work in our room. 14 oC this morning, but no heating available. Meal very disappointing. 3 /5 lights didn't work in bedroom. It was tired and needed TLC to improve it. Arrival time was 3 pm, but no one around at 3.30. Then reception closed again until 5 pm, so no help available. We won't ..."

"What can I say - this was a fantastic place to stay and I highly recommend it. Walking distance to the wonderful Chartres cathedral and lots of dining options and quaint shops. I wish there was one of these hotels in every town."
