"Exceptional customer service. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. One of the best things about this hotel is its convenient location. The mall is right next door, and there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice bonus and a great way to start the day. I would definitely stay here again!"

Valet was very friendly and accommodating as was the staff at the restaurant. We extended our stay since we liked it so much. Traveled with two teens. Opportunities- Gym was tricky to get into since you have to check-in at the spa to use which was a bit awkward. Front desk staff had one unfriendly young guy who...

We had to switch rooms 3 times first room no AC, second room TV wasn’t functioning, third room finally fully functioning but still just like the other rooms…. Very dusty and there were ants…staff is great but hotel owners and higher up management really need to either hire more people or change the way they’re doing things."

"Howard Johnson Wyndham Pasadena was a great place to stay. Although the property is dated, it was clean and felt safe. The location was excellent! Freeway access was easy and there were enough dining options around the property. The only problem we encountered was the lack of enough handicap parking stalls. Other than that, we would highly recommend this property."

"This place was organized appeared clean but there was hair in the bathroom the baseboards and walls were nasty in the bathroom also. The washing machine was out of order Shower was not very clean looking. Hopefully I won't have to stay there again. It was over priced no breakfast."

"Exterior was slightly unappealing but interior was beautiful and functional. I don’t remember reserving a handicapped room and didn’t like that water spills into the other side of toilet floor when taking a shower. I had an excellent parking space in fronr of my room, away from other vehicles and directly visible from my window. Rug at doorway at exterior was dirty. Some areas near bathroom door need repair."

"I've booked at this location many times. The last 2 times were a little disappointing. Front Desk and customer service is not as professional as it used to be. Made a call before my stay to confirm my reservation - and was transferred to corporate (without my permission) simply because I requested that enough towels be present in the room upon my arrival with my family. Then, upon arriving after a long road trip mind you, our room had a foul odor. It smelled like a moldy old mop. The room...
