" Very small rooms. Good for an overnight stay, but I would not stay longer!! The bathroom is NOT really a separate room. If you are a couple staying there, you cannot be shy about your biological functions! Did not stay for breakfast and the Bar has limited drinks….no Dirty Martinis. 🙁. "

"The people were very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms are of American sizes and quiet. Nice that you can open a window for fresh air. Terrific view of Schiphol, which I liked. Very nice gym."

"The room was very quiet, sound proofing was awesome. Opening window for fresh air was great. Absolutely no trace of smoke smell, as smoking floor is first floor only. Bathroom was great, bed super comfortable. Buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. Free shuttle bus easy to use. Can be very busy as it’s a massive hotel! Staff super friendly and helpful."

"We stayed at this hotel with our baby and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, cozy, and comfortable. The all-you-can-eat restaurant was excellent, with a wide selection of dishes and very tasty food. A special thank you to Sebastian and Katerina for their attentiveness and help. They made our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended!"

"The property was perfect. We stayed for six nights and it was so homey and clean and the staff was all amazing. Loved the shuttle and used it almost everyday! My only minor critique would be that the breakfast was pretty simple, mostly breads and it never changed from day to day- would have like to see maybe some scrambled eggs or something different (they did have boiled eggs) but this was the budget inn and it still was very good. Will definitely be staying with Ibis again on our next trip,...

"Everything about the hotel was really nice. The location was conveniently located close to the airport and they provide shuttle service from the airport. The only thing I didn’t not like is that you had to pay for shuttle service when leaving and going to the airport. That is inconvenient. Normally hotel shuttle no need extra charges."

"The location of this hotel was a bit annoying. You basically have to go around the river which means you’re walking quite a bit. They say they have chocolate hour every day at 3, but I guess that meant chocolate minute because when I came at 3;45 this man looked dead in my soul while eating his chocolate and said THATS AT 3, Does it look like it’s 3? LOL just on that experience alone I was like sir your hotel lost a star because WHAT."

Sehr hellhöriges Gebäude. Extrem kleine Zimmer. Kein Schrank (nur ein Bettkasten). Das Zimmer bestand ungelogen nur aus dem Bett. Im Bad war es immer kalt, keine Möglichkeit der Temparaturregulierung. Aus dem Abfluss roch es permanent nach Gülle. Keine tägliche Reinigung. Personal war freundlich. Sie konnten an...

"Very nice room (especially loved the bathroom design!) We paid for breakfast, which was a good buffet with a big selection (cold and hot), the hotel is not near any cafes so it is worth adding breakfast. We loved the pool/sauna/steam room with a view of the lake. We would definitely stay again and hire the hotel bikes to cycle into Utrecht (it's also easy on the bus to get there from the centre). Staff were excellent too."

"Booked Mercury Amsterdam and two days later tried to cancel. They would not refund my money were absolutely not helpful at all not responsive. I was very dissatisfied with this mercury Amsterdam. I would not recommend it to anybody."
