"This is a very old hotel, and the lack of an elevator is already a significant drawback. What makes it worse is how poorly this is handled by the staff. Despite arriving with two toddlers, a large stroller, and multiple pieces of luggage, we were assigned a room on the second floor with no assistance or consideration. That alone shows a clear lack of empathy and basic hospitality. At a minimum, situations like this should be anticipated and accommodated—whether by prioritizing ground-floor rooms...

"We stayed here as a one night stop over on way to Caribbean side. The staff was kind and and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy. We felt safe and got a good nights rest. Free breakfast was yummy. Would recommend this hotel as a stop over "

Extremely loud AC - again just very old stuff. 2) Front desk didn't explain around the property 3) My keys stopped working at 5.30am while check out time was much later 4) Most importantly, no mention of they pack breakfast for early departures - I had called the previous night to ask about shuttle availability; they should have...
