"My wife and I chose this hotel for its excellent reviews, convenient location and highly rated restaurant. We arrived on 8 July 2026 for a three-night stay and, after a long journey, looked forward to a drink in the bar. We were surprised to learn the hotel was not serving alcohol. Staff explained that, after a change in ownership, the new company had not yet been granted an alcohol licence for the hotel or its restaurant.

"Great property at a very central location. Note that there is no parking on the property itself, but that is not a deal-breaker. A few meters away you can easily park below the opera house. From there you walk very easily to the lively downtown or ride the tram across the city. Breakfast was very good. The room was clean and comfty."

障害者用のエレベーターがあり、80台両親が重いスーツケースを持って降りるのが大変なため、使わせて欲しいと言ったら、断られました。
次に別の旅行者が勝手に使っていたため、私たちも使いましたが。非常に不親切でした。
部屋は広くベお風呂もバスタブも快適で、非常によかったのですが、明るくしようと天井のスクリーンを開けたら、ゴミだらけ。掃除がされていませんでした、開けるんじゃなかったです。"
