A number of minor issues which we notified straight away - to be fair we asked for nobody to fix them while we were there but I took photos on arrival so we wouldn't be accused of anything."

"Check in was a bit of a hassle. We never received the mandatory checkin email, which required chatting with hotels.com to resolve the issue. We tried to call the smartflats people after receiving the number from hotels.com (the one on the website is disconnected) directly and were put on hold (while we were chatting with hotels.com) and after 15 minutes of being on hold, we hung up. The checkin also requires a photo id scan from your phone as well as an additional $$ euro deposit before they...

Es gibt auch kein 24 Stunden Front Desk. Als wir gebucht hatten, stand sogar noch dabei, dass man die ganze Unterkunft alleine zur Verfügung hat, das stimmt aber nicht, es ist nur ein Zimmer. "Hotel a modernissimo, molto grande, ottime finiture, personale cortese. Bella sauna panoramica al 29° piano, dove c'è anche una palestra. È presente una simpatica sala giochi. Bello il centro congressi. Stanza abbastanza ampia, con macchina del caffè/kettler e frigo con un paio di bottigliette d'acqua offerte. Ottimo servizio internet e ottimo televisore. Colazione a buffet squisita e abbondantissima. Peccato per il quartiere: vicinissimo alla Grand Place (900 metri) ma anche alla stazione...

"Felt safe as a female solo traveller. Lovely building and great staff. Unfortunately didn’t get the opportunity to get to the rooftop bar, there was an event on for a couple days. Only criticism I have is that the pillows were not suitable for me (too soft) so I had to buy one"
