"The room smelled like it was cleaned with old mop water. The carpet felt like water was poured on it and left, which made the whole room smell like soured water. I called the front desk several times, either they didn’t answer the phone or some would tell me that they would come and see but lo and behold no o e would ever showed up. I will never stay at a Days Inn again. "

"Room was clean. Hallways and parking lot also. I didn’t worry very much about a break in happening to my car. Calm quiet are just off the interstate. The air conditioning in the room was exceptional."

"Great stay been there twice. Don’t understand all the taxes on the final bill annd it isn’t calculated on the bill when booking it and why to stay at a property that quit expensive you need to pay for parking. All in all a great place and well located"

"All was better than expected."

"Our first room had a broken window. A large enough break that cold air was blowing through. The window was broken from bottom to top. The staff asked if we could just keep the room but I requested a new room. In our new room, the AC went out at 11:30 pm and made a horrible screeching noise. No one could get ahold of maintenance so we were told to “try and get a good nights sleep”. After 1am we had to turn off the air and sleep in the hot room, because they already overbooked the hotel. When we left in the morning, the staff was not helpful at all. They told me a manager would call me when they came in at 10:30 and no one called. When I called to speak to a manager, I was told they weren’t there and were busy all day so they couldn’t call me. The staff wouldn’t even attempt to accommodate or help me. The front desk worker told me the manager probably wouldn’t give me a room but they would call me. But they sure did want me to pay and book for another night. Very disappointed with this location! The rooms were not clean and amenities were not fully stocked in the rooms."

"Great location! Easy access of the highway. Great local eateries and shopping nearby."

"I did not eat the food there, but love the hotel and the staff is always very helpful."

"My first room only had scalding hot water in the sink. Maintenance addressed it so it was tolerable. My AC unit was very loud and I woke up middle of the night to a horrible screeching noise from the unit. I had to turn up the AC but it still took an hour to resolve. I reported it the next day and the front desk staff moved me to a different room for my second night. Much bettter experience. Overall the rooms are showing wear and tear. "
