"breakfast needs a little work - I have stayed at 4 or more Hyatt Place branded hotels and this was the first breakfast that did not offer good healthy options (greek yogurt, plain nuts, whole fruit options). I would encourage the team to consider better options that are more whole food and less processed."

"The most comfortable and clean hotel in its price range in Waco. Period. I just recently stayed at another hotel because this one was booked for the time I needed it and I literally drove by Staybridge and almost cried because the difference was so stark. This place rocks!"

"Super helpful and kind front desk staff! I mentioned it was our anniversary and they delivered a dessert to our room! Perfect walking distance from the magnolia market and Dr Pepper museum!! Loved everything about it!"

"Worst hotel I’ve ever been too. Room and hotel extremely run down, bed was torn and had poop stains on the comforter, shower tub was cracked and leaking, some gross sticky substance on counter top, hotel apparently ran out of shampoo and told me I had to go to to the store at 10pm if I wanted to shower. When asking to to cancel my reservation Gigi who was useless offered me another room after lying earlier saying they were completely booked up and tried putting me in an equally disgusting room. When I went down to tell her that the room won’t work either especially since it didn’t even have the basic amenities she said it’s only one night……. I immediately booked a new hotel and got out of that sess pool as fast as possible. Expedia tried to help refund my money but the hotel denied. Stay far from this hell hole."

"The charge for breakfast prevented us from staying any longer than necessary. The hotel smelled very perfumy and strong like it was trying to hide something. The pool has too many bugs inside it."
