I stayed for 2 nights at the end of my 2 week holiday which was a tour around Sri Lanka. I wanted somewhere I could completely relax with my kindle, and this hotel fit the bill perfectly. If you are looking for things to do around the hotel, don't stay here. I would say this is a hotel you book if you want to completely relax by the poolside. In short, the hotel is BEAUTIFUL. The pool is sublime, the sun loungers very comfortable all set against the perfect backdrop of the ocean. I stayed in the poolside room which was so clean, comfortable and the bathroom was perfect with a gorgeous rain forest style shower. The food was another highlight; my only niggle was the overuse of salt on some of the evening meals but apart from that very tasty and beautifully presented. The staff were warm, welcoming and well trained to provide fantastic service. I would highly recommend.

Your own private paradise

After a hectic but enjoyable tour of Sri Lanka, some relaxation was called for and this property certainly delivered. A large well-appointed room, helpful but discreet staff, good food and lovely grounds. A great place for just doing nothing!

You won’t be disappointed

Excellent standard of hotel. The Hotel is almost brand-new and we really noticed. Stunning design and architecture which the pictures don’t do it justice. We booked half board and found the food to be top class. Eating and drinking in the hotel wasn’t too expensive and as such we didn’t leave ( we didn’t see much evidence of things to do in the nearby town so we stayed in the hotel)

Right on the beach.300meters walk from local train station.but you are not aware of the train. Once you go through the gates it feels like walking into a luxurious property, and something very special. 7 bedroom boutique hotel. We stayed in the triple aspect room. One of the nicest rooms we have stayed in. Staff friendly helpful and attentive. Pool was amazing. If you are thinking of drinking alcohol take your own. Wine is very expensive.
