"We never got to see a room. We showed up at 2:00 AM to check in. Even with our Expedia confirmation info the front desk clerk couldn’t find our reservation. She kept telling us we had to use the OYO app to reserve there. Then why do they have it listed on Expedia. After going back and forth with this very unhelpful woman I asked if they had any vacancies and she responded yes. So they were not fully booked why did she not just suggest this in the first place. We were so annoyed that we decided...

"Upon arrival, we immediately noticed that the room smelled strongly of marijuana, and the bathtub was dirty. I also noticed remnants of yellow caution tape, similar to what law enforcement uses to secure crime scenes, on the staircase. These conditions made me feel uncomfortable and concerned for my safety. Overall, I would not recommend this property to anyone who prioritizes cleanliness and safety."

"Upon arrival to Motel 6 I was informed the room I had paid for through hotels.com wasn’t available so they charged me again for a room that was so disgusting I left and went to another hotel. The room had a posted sign that said no smoking but reeked of cigarettes, dead cockroaches on the floor, I was given the key to a room that had someone in it already, do not go to this motel 6."
