"The Oasis at Grace Bay is a true hidden gem that offers a peaceful alternative to overcrowded, loud mega-resorts. The entire property is incredibly quiet (at least while we were there in mid-May), featuring beautifully maintained grounds filled with lush foliage and a modern room that was spotlessly clean. The service was excellent—with Stacy providing standout hospitality—and beach transit is effortless via a short walk or an on-demand golf cart shuttle. Regarding the beach, there is a dedicated resort area complete with complimentary loungers, umbrellas, towels, and food and drink service."

"The hotel has potential, but the customer service needs improvement. Some staff were friendly and helpful, but others appeared disengaged or unhappy in their roles. This inconsistency created an uneven experience that made the stay less enjoyable than it should have been."

"Resort is very beautiful and is right on the Grace bay beach which had turquise color water and white soft sand. Water clarity was so clear that you can see the sand. Beach in front of the property was like a big swimming pool as not too deep. Used their complimentary kayaks and paddle boards on the water. They also had swimming pool, pickle ball court and bikes to go around. Resort had a cafe, restaurant and a bar which was convenient if you don't want to step out for food. Also, resort has so much greenery in and around with shrubs, coconut trees and was so pleasant even during hot days. Room had a fully equipped kitchen if you want to make your own food and a big balcony to relax. Staffs were friendly with lovely smiles. Loved the resort and would defintely recommend it. "Called front desk 3 times about no internet connection in room, no reply or anyone coming to check same.Food and drinks at resort were good but expensive especially drinks!Need better signs to locate buildings and gym areas.Pool was somewhat dirty."
