Queremos agradecer especialmente a Noor (recepción), M. Salamin y...

"Amazing place highly recommended"

"Tolle Lage.

"Great place! Not even a 5 min walk from Petra entrance with some great restaurants nearby. Staff is super helpful."

"From the moment we arrived we were made to feel incredibly welcome. The hospitality here is exceptional. "If you are looking to explore Petra this is a great hotel. Just a 5 or 10 minute walk to the entrance. And there are many restaurants on the street nearby. The breakfast at the hotel was ok and staff friendly. The room was clean and wifi good."

"Really wonderful stay outside the urban surroundings of Petra. Close enough to walk to the "backdoor to the monastery" trail shuttle. Staff were fantastic and so helpful. Great dinner. Would stay here again for sure"

"Very friendly front desk staff that can give info on Petra, booking cars to the airport etc. Very good location and close to the Petra visitors center"

"Quiet, clean, right near Petra. Wonderful manager, so kind and helpful. Comfortable bed!"

"personale apparentemente cortese, camera polverosa e minuscola, bagno inesistente. "

A small area that could be improved is the housekeeping service. There was sometimes a lack of attention to details, such as changing towels and bathroom supplies, and housekeeping entered the room without checking first. Nothing major, but a little more training and attention to these details would make the...
