"We had 3 nights here and really enjoyed ourselves
We made the most of the lovely pool. Had 4 swims in the 4days… the leisure staff were always so helpful and friendly. Very impressed with that and their happy attitudes.
We enjoyed the 5*breakfast and ate in the restaurant twice in the evenings. The food was excellent and lots of choice. The staff were super helpful and efficient.
Our room was serviced by excellent staff and one particular member really stood out to make our stay comfortable ...

"We booked this hotel and saw some of the reviews and were really anxious about what it was going to be like BUT and a big BUT we could not fault the stay whatsoever. Spa area was impressive with lots to offer well kept and clean. We had breakfast and the food was spot on. Staff were all super friendly and polite. The mini fridge was broken but still fully stocked with a vast array of drinks. Honestly you will not be disappointed if you go. I read the pool was could etc and for us it was...

"I arrived Kate after a wedding party so I didn't have time to adequately review the property and it's amenities, however the room was large and warm, the bed was comfortable. It was a little outdated in terms of decor but overall the stay was pleasant."

"A very pleasant short break at Hollins Hall. Staff were excellent and the food in the Grill on the Hill was delicious. The leisure centre was well equipped and very clean. Yes, the hotel is starting to show its age but overall the stay was very enjoyable. "
