"I would recommend avoiding the bell service unless you specifically need it. My experience was extremely frustrating and felt more like harassment than hospitality. "Clean room, nice staff, great location downtown for us. Walking distance to the Book Loft and German village. You unforrunately hear sirens and loud vehicles during the night. We were on the 6th floor we ate breakfast at the restaurant and it was good and reasonably priced. Free coffee is offered in the lobby but no flavored creamers."

"I didn't like that there was not nicer couches in the lofts and no plane to put your luggage other than one small closet… they have more desks and dressers at a Hampden Inn. Food was much better than the Hyatt across the street! Food was fabulous!"

"This is an older motel with outdoor stairways. The exterior and reception look downright scary, but the interiors of the rooms are surprisingly decent. The bed was comfortable, there's a big fridge, a microwave, ironing, coffee, hair dryer. The furniture is modern with plenty of places for charging devices. Shower spray is pretty poor, but the A/C worked well and the room was clean and spacious. The neighborhood is nicer and wealthier than it appears from the main road."

"Didn’t feel safe. Beds were comfy, but the master bedroom sink was literally falling apart and did not work. The lights from the outside shine right into the rooms. The back door that led to the patio area was completely uncovered and zero privacy (first floor unit). I couldn’t believe it. You could see right into the unit from the parking lot.
