"We had a fantastic day. The apartment is located just a short walk from Waiake Beach - in fact, you can go out the back gate, stroll past the sailing club and you’re right there. The apartment itself is presented with modern decor and has everything you need for your stay, right down to the complementary tea, coffee, Milo and cookies. Lovely outlook over the reserve, huge bed in the master bedroom, spa bath in the bathroom, great communication from our hosts… really hard to fault anything about...

"Didn’t get a wake up call like I was told I would. Restaurant staff was rude. Had only two options available out of the full menu. Claimed the kitchen was closing even though it was an hour before the stated closing time.
Place itself was decent and fairly clean but had no cups, tv was old - hardly functional and no kitchen sink.
Interesting smell too.
Aircon made a loud sound all night."

"We stayed at the property for just one night so we were close to the airport for an early morning return home. The property was perfect for what we needed... A bed, a shower and a little kitchenette. Property was clean and tidy and very close to the airport. We werent at all disappointed with the location, the room itself, and the staff that we had encounters with were friendly and approachable - would stay again"

"Room facing the road is extremely loud, impossible to sleep even with ear plugs. The windows are so thin that there is no sound insulation at all towards the main road. It seems to me as though some drivers use the road as a race track in the middle of the night and accelerate as much as possible at the traffic lights.
Breakfast was ok, little variety. Staff is very nice. If there would be good sound insulation, it could be a decent little hotel.
If you intend to sleep, look somewhere else,...

"Firstly, this is great value for money if you look at the location alone. It is walking distanace from everything in the CBD. Our room was clean, and I could not find any faults with that. The room is a bit outdated, in that it looks and feels old. But it had everything we needed. There were some damages to the walls that were poorly fixed. "Quiet hotel never heard any noise from within the hotel however heaps of people zooming around the neighbourhood all night long on the Saturday night but less people on the sunday night, of course this is out of the hotels control but some people may appreciate our honesty.
