"Reception was not very welcoming. Was strict on 3pm checkin. Then at 3pm multiple people at same time tried checking in. Excuse was rooms not ready . Many rooms are ready so as regular traveler and hotels.com gold member traveler, i would ask the management to be like 99.9% of motels that checkin ..."
