"The property is in a well located area with lots of food choices. Though pretty noisy all the time so that was a minus. The walls are paper thin would not recommend for families with children. People kept slamming doors no consideration for others."

"Bad experience. Terrible noise from daily construction while we stayed. The hotel management did not honor our request discount for inconvenience. We suffered from terrible noise the last two days trying to relax in the room, and the staff's suggestion was to stay outside on the beach or by the pool. But it was very hot to stay there in the afternoon sun. There was no warning about construction on site before we arrived, other than a message from the hotel than certain common areas will...

"This hotel was one of the most overpriced properties I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, it felt like the goal was to squeeze every possible dollar out of guests. The mandatory resort fee was especially frustrating because many of the “included” amenities were unavailable. Museum tickets were listed as a benefit, yet some of the museums were closed during our stay. Charging guests for perks they cannot use is misleading. The on-site restaurant, 100 Sails, charged $89 per person...

"My wife and I traveled to Oahu and stayed at the Wavefinder for 4 days in April 2026. The Wayfinder is a quaint boutique hotel. Our room was cozyand decorated nicely. It was quiet and relaxing after a day of walking around Waikiki. My wife loved the pool area and spent several hours relaxing and reading by the pool. The bed was very comfortable, towels were nice. The food in the restaurant was great! My wife enjoyed the lei making class offered by the hotel. We felt safe walking around Waikiki...
