"Great for families. The pools are great for kids. The property has lots of places to eat and shop, no need to go far or drive to buy things. Most tours are around the area so its walkable. We did have an issue checking in, line was too long and wait time just to check in were atleast 30 mins long. I think they have a small front desk for the amount of people checking in. The room was ok, paper thin walls we can hear all the conversations from the other room. Also a bit outdated, we stayed at the...

"Property was well maintained
Not their issue, but the Marina side filthy. Abandoned boats. Saw some rats climing around. I understand storm debris."

"Westin should do better. Nice helpful staff but food facilities need work. Food at beach/bar needs upgrade. Convenient location. Paper-thin walls result in listening to neighbors. Lunch service only on beach."

"Room was on the 31st floor - loved the view of Waikiki! Here for our wedding/honeymoon and so glad we stayed here - was perfect for us. Parking was steep but I guess that is just the way it is in Waikiki - the access was great with in and out made super easy - 2 different entrances that both recognize your car so it’s seamless. Housekeeping very attentive. Negative edge pool was pretty cool although spaces next to the pool might be hard to come by. There is a huge deck with chairs and couches...
