"Hotel Coral Reef was amazing!! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The view and beach behind the hotel was beautiful. The hotel was in the perfect location with so many food options that are walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel for a chill and relaxing trip to Kauai."

"While the staff were always helpful there were several issues with the room. The door would not lock, like it should, when leaving the room 6 separate times during my visit. While maintenance was always able to fix the issue it was very inconvenient. There is a lot of humidity in Hawaii so quicker aging of the room is expected. "There is no AC in the units. If you have any issues do not expect a return call. These are older units and we had many items that did not operate in the room — the fan (essential) and the tub (essential).

"This is the place to stay. It’s a hidden gem. Close to everything. No need to stay at a “mega” resort on Poipu. These rooms are perfect. Older yes but absolutely beautiful and peaceful in the middle of it all."
