"Pet dogs sitting on same sofas as guests. They do leave behind ticks and hair which gives bites from ticks and allergic skin reactions which gives guests itchy feelings and hives swellings on arms and feet. Not pleasant experiencs when on holidays at the resort. Stony walkways to rooms is not comfortable ..."

"We asked staff to bring us a towel because they only gave us two and it was four of us. We waited and waited, and they never brought the towel. They have a sizzling lamp platter and there is barely any lamb on it."
