"The balcony is really nice.
The toilet door doesn’t shut.
Make my room light go off as I pull the card out, so room cleaning was not done.
Despite telling the staff and at the reception verbally, the making the room was not done for 2 days during my stay."

"The property was excellent; parking was a bit confusing, and although there were lots of signs about the office, they weren't very descriptive, and it was a bit of a search to find the right location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The menu was a bit limited, but the food was above average. Very relaxing visit."

"Cooking amenities lacking. Only 2 frying pans and 1 very small pot. One pan you could not use . It was so scratched that it was unsafe to cook in. Teatowel had holes in it. Fridge had last guests food still in it. Had to buy pegs to hang laundry. Washing machine on button was broken, thankfully they had another machine next to it. Rubbish bins were full. We were staying 5 nights with a family of 3 adults children so had to put rubbish in recycling bins. Lawns were very overgrown. Covers on...
