"Place is"

"Love the hosts. Great amenities. Excellent breakfast. Such a charming place and great location."

"There was no heat in one of the bedrooms and bathroom. The desk clerk bought us an electric heater but it only heated one room. If the registers worked, the desk clerk didn't know how to tell us to get them to work."

"Heating and air conditioning fluctuations. Air quality was not the greatest. Room door loose enough to see lights in hallway."

"We happened to be there during the week between weddings so had the place mostly to ourselves. Lovely farm setting with vegetable gardens and chickens and pigs to wander among. There was a lovely watercolor painting exhibit in barn. Extensive trail system right behind the fields. Manager Stacy was very gracious and helpful. Breakfast cooked to order, delicious. Very peaceful setting."

"The close location to town was a big plus."

"A great location well positioned for access to the countryside and amenities"

"They cook up a hearty breakfast with many choices. The restaurant and pub are great."

"The location was convenient."

"Spacious room 7. 3 men for a bachelor party all slept comfortably in 3 separate beds (2 twins and a king). Breakfast was beyond expectations with tasty breakfast burrito too"

"It was a cute place to stay. Very old, but the rooms were great. We had a problem with the bathroom and hot water. There isn't an elevator, so if you are older, you need to ask for a first-floor room."

"Staff was helpful during check in, but could not be found afterwards. The room was very dated, and wifi was almost non-existent. Hotel needs a major upgrade, not just a refresh."

"Large clean room with comfortable beds. There was a decent selection for breakfast and one of the better cups of coffee too. The AC unit was a little loud but otherwise no issues. Definitely met ours needs for the weekend. The owner was very nice and welcoming."
