"チェックインの時に日差しが強くてQRコードが読めなくて暑い時だったので汗だくでかなり苦戦しました。
扉にカーテンでもつけて頂けたら全然違うと思います。
後全てが英語表記だったのでそれも大変でしたが、そのほかは立地もとてもよく快適に過ごせました！！
また利用したいと思います！"

"We booked for a group of 8 adults and a toddler for 3 nights. It was a nice change from tiny hotel rooms! Each floor has its own bathroom, kitchen, king bed, sofas, and Japanese style sleeping mats. Each floor also has a washer/dryer and projector screen. Very spacious! It was also very clean, including the outdoor spaces. Check in and check out were a breeze. The quiet location was great. "2 markets and a ramen place right next to this place. Train station is 8 mins away. Have to try the fried chicken place right down the street next to the train station!!"

"Close to the airport, family friendly, free shuttle to the airport from the neighbouring hotel. The bed is on the soft side. Overall really good for a night."

"I wanted the authentic Japanese experience and I got it with this property. Small apartment, small living with 2 adjustable sofa a simple tv and a small tables. As seen on tv guys. The beds are upstairs 2 beds 🛏️. In nakano area couple station away from Shinjuku Tokyo. There's a family mart and a grocery store at walking distance. As a barber shop close by, I shaved there. "The only complexity was obtaining all of the details of the stay. They sent a link to a Google Drive with 6 PDF files detailing getting to the place and opening the door. I had to call to ask them to send the link after I emailed a full copy of my passport.
They have some laundry facilities (a washer, no drier) but you must provide your own detergent. I only stayed one night, so had no time.
Definitely could accommodate 4 travelers; I was there by myself. The interior was great."
