"It’s friendly closed to restaurants and closed transportation."

"When I arrived to the property it looked great on the outside. Our room unfortunately had a strange smell, like urine near the beds, not near the bathrooms. Then I realized that the room wasn’t what I had booked at all, it wasn’t what they showed in the listing or ANY of the photos on the Expedia site. I messaged them the day before checkout to see how we could request late checkout because there was a miscommunication with our driver and they replied to me at 2am then I messaged them early in...

"Excellent"

"I’ve stayed here multiple times over several years and I love it. It’s at a great location. There’s a train station a few minutes away. You can get most good tourist destinations in 20 to 40 minutes or less. It’s short walk to good food both Japanese and staples like McDonald’s. It’s quiet, clean and spacious. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly."

"Great"

"It was new and clean and I enjoyed the onsen. Having been to Tokyo several times already I found the location very good in terms of location to attractions, metro station, restaurants and convenience stores. The room is truly large and not just by Japanese hotel standards"
