The main drawback is the room layout. Storage is limited and poorly ventilated—there’s just one shelf and a small drawer in the closet, and opening the doors blocks the walkway. Shelving above the fridge is unusable due to fixed decor, and the safe is too small for a laptop. Towel space is also limited for...

"Perfect Hotel"

"This is a great hotel located in a quiet neighborhood. Throughout this trip, my friend and I stayed in 4 hotels and this one was our favorite. The room was clean and it was the most spacious we've had, the mattress was comfortable and the shower had great pressure. If I ever come back to Tokyo, I will definitely stay at this hotel again."

"The hotel was clean but aged, spacious for hotels in Tokyo. Great location as it’s close to metro but not too close to crowded areas. Japanese staffs were polite, friendly and professional as usual. However there are rooms for the rest to improve on. "

"This hotel was the biggest disappoinment of our 2-week stay in Japan. Granted the cost of the rooms were circa 60% of the others we stayed in for the rest of our trip, but we thought as it was only for a single night prior to our flight the next mornng, we wouldn't need much in terms of amenties. However, what i never legislated for was the size of the rooms. The double room was barely big enough for one person with a suitcase, let alone two! Very, very small. And the bathroom, well, one person...

"My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this property. The hotel was clean and my room was always left spotless everyday. The cafe served the best croffle I’ve beer had (well I never had a croffle before). Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. "
