They lock you outside and talk to you on a phone only to tell you they can’t find your itinerary number which is on your receipt they can’t find it in their system. "Loved the hotel, however our last day there for breakfast wasn’t the best. One of the staff members were overbearing. Was constantly in our way when making our waffles. "Everyone was super nice and we loved our room and had a great experience. Breakfast had great options but did have an off taste . But we had a great time experience "

"Good value for the price. The kickback meals were a little plain, and not much variety but a nice addition to the stay, saving a meal out each evening, plus 3 small free drinks. Breakfast was standard Continental style - mass cooked scrambled egg, sausage patties, waffle maker, tiny muffins and one the of toast, bagel etc. A standard 3 star experience."
