Aitana, front desk receptionist, helped secure a stovetop for our room & was extremely helpful during our stay. I had VIP access and received a nice small bottle of medium sweet white wine. "This is a very quiet quaint property that has a very old world charm to it. The rooms are very spacious and are decorated with lots of cow skins and other furs all over the floors and furniture. The owner is very friendly and quick to help in with any issues you may have from finding places to sightsee to finding places to eat at. "The property was very nice and unique! The staff went above and beyond. One example was carrying my luggage up the stairs (insisted) since it does not have an elevator. They also took time to write recomendations on a map for us during our stay. If I am lucky enough to visit Ghent again I will be certain to stay at this hotel again.
