The hotel was immaculately clean and all the staff were kind and very helpful to all. The only negative (which is more personal) is breakfast was so busy. So I would advise getting up early to eat. Breakfast between 9-10 was too busy for the space. The staff worked exceptionally hard to maintain food was readily available though!

We made self-check in easily using machine at the reception, without queuing. Rooms were excellent, small but clean and functional, sockets near the bed, bathroom was big enough (larger than in most Ibis budget hotels), cleaned daily, great bedding and lighting in the room. Staff (whenever needed) was friendly and smiling. there was restaurant working near reception area. we did not have breakfast but it was looking really full. 5 min walk to the Gent Dampoort station and 15-20 min to the city historical center. Overall, we are really happy with our stay.
