"The pool was closed half of our stay. Ice machines were broken. Asked to have our room cleaned and fresh towels brought to our room-never happened. Called again and asked for towels to be brought up, they said I could come to front desk and get them, but they weren’t bringing them up. Went to get towels and asked why room wasn’t cleaned and towels brought up and I was actually told that if I didn’t like it, I could stay somewhere else! I couldn’t believe my ears! Terrible place to stay!"

"The property is very conveniently located, close to the Interstate, and with lots of options to eat nearby. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and they have a nice lobby with complimentary tea and coffee service, where you can hang out in the evening. This is where they also serve a good breakfast. Even though the beds and pillows are comfortable, the rooms are very basic and the floors are carpeted, never ideal for hygiene. Worst of all is the bathroom: it is very basic and has a barn...

"The rooms were nice, comfy beds. The cleaning staff was not done by check in time. the bed in one room was squeaky. Breakfast was not ready when scheduled and one cair in dining area was sticky and covered in syrup."

"Where do I start? The first room was so dirty, I was able to smear my finger through the sticky cup rings left by the prior occupant. There was still garbage left stuffed behind the cushions, the door lock was broken. I requested a replacement room and was handed another room with broken door locks. The bed looked like someone slept in it. I tried to request another but the person in front of me had bigger issues and there was no rooms left for replacement. I told the house keep, I would...

"Nice location for walking. Lovely, well managed hotel. Great breakfast choices."

"Clean room, friendly staff"

"Room was fine. However, there was 20-30 people partying, extremely loud, on the patio at 1am just below our room. We called the front desk, who refused to address the issue and the excess noise continued even though quite hours started at 11pm."

"Property was nice and room was spacious. Stuff was very courteous. However, the room ware had a weird smell when we entered. It was too late when we checked in to get the room changed."

"Do not stay here. It was understaffed. The room smelled. They didn't provide us the proper room so we had to go to a different hotel. It's been more than a week and they still haven't reimbursed us. Do not stay here."

"This place was horrible the charge a deposit when you arrive which they say no where they’d at it’s a non smoking place and it stunk of cigarettes I do not recommend"
