"I really want to thank Isaac who was very kind to us! We always felt comfortable in approaching him with our needs. He understood our needs and accommodated, accordingly with ease and a smile on his face. God Bless You!! He made fresh coffee and refilled the infused water every evening. Breakfast was okay, as other Elements I have visited had a cook on site. However, the lobby was great and my girl enjoyed the pool. "

"Place was nicer than I thought from outside. Rooms semi new, but semi dated. Clean, great soft bed. Pillows amazing. Bathroom decent. Wifi good. Downstairs free lemon infused water. It was a hit. Free fresh "good" coffee in the morning that hit the spot and better than other hotels around. Boston has troubles making good coffee compared to the norm in Seattle. Not sure why that is. Hotel morning staff great. Evening staff more straight forward, less friendly. Evening staff could learn to smile...

He informed us of everything available to us and was most gracious in making sure we had a great stay. Everyone else on the staff was terrific. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and we would definitely stay here again."

"First stay here. We stay in the area while visiting family seversl times a year. Hotel we used to stay at got very run down. What a surprise we got at this Hampton Inn. Very clean, huge rooms, nice amenities and a bonus hot breakfast. Already making plans to reserve for other family events. "

"Everything about this facility was pleasing: clean, well-appointed, great kitchen, comfortable, well-located in the area. We were given a warm welcome when we arrived, provided with lots of information about Waltham. Located near shops and restaurants and on a walking trail along the Charles River. Highly recommend and would stay here again. "
