"Decent enough hotel, right next to the station. Room was pretty small but bed was very comfortable. My VIP perk went unrecognized however, but other than that it was good. "

I want to rate the hotel 5 stars because it achieves what it is trying to. The staff was great. Food at dinner was great and people are very kind. Breakfast was great too.
But I feel they missed on what the place could be. It is a mix of historic and modern industrial. The rooms are nice but generic with higher quality Ikea type furniture. I don't feel any connection to on to the past. But like I said if you want a nice hotel then you'll be happy here. "

"The staff at the property were lovely. Very friendly and kind. Beds comfortable. Room was spotlessly. Breakfast was ok. We walked into Graz and just over 30 mins, but there are trams nearby. Room was quiet and we enjoyed the balcony
