"Beautiful hotel with very spacious rooms. Everything was clean. Really appreciated the coffee maker in the room after multiple hotels in Switzerland did not offer this. Very Decent breakfast as well"

"It felt like a motel. No one took responsibility of anything. I had to ask four times for an iron and a board, first at checkin late night and they couldn’t help me and later in the morning with no help. I had to follow the receptionist to the supply room in the basement to get it after four requests. ..."
